Message from the Chief Executive

This is a pivotal time for Westminster. The Executive Director for Finance and Resources will be instrumental in delivering our Fit for the Future transformation, shaping the financial, commercial and innovation leadership required to modernise services, respond to growing demand and ensure the Council remains financially resilient while continuing to deliver the high‑quality services our residents expect.

We are looking for an outstanding and inspiring leader who will bring strategic insight, strong financial expertise and a commitment to inclusive leadership. This will be someone who is able to lead in an open and transparent way, who fully embraces our commitment to diversity and inclusion and is able to build strategic relationships with colleagues, elected members, partners and internal services.
